Shine is a seven-piece band (bass, drums, guitar, keys, and three vocalists), a funky soul powerhouse with a groove so deep you can’t help but move your feet! Featuring some of Rochester’s top musicians, Shine is quickly becoming one of the most popular party bands in town, and has been featured at the Rochester Jazz Festival, Lilac Festival, and numerous private events. The group plays a mix of funk, soul, and pop music, with contemporary hits by the likes of Bruno Mars and Adele, and also classic soul going back to Prince, Michael Jackson, and Aretha Franklin.
