Revolver

Revolver began in 1976, when John Yeara (JY) and 2 friends wanted to play the music of the Beatles.  John started on drums, but quickly changed to guitar.  The band performed their first show in June of 1977 at Cal Mum High School.  This summer marks the 40^th anniversary of Revolver’s first professional performance.Over the years the group changed members, with each of the 3 original members returning at different times.  In 2013, John was joined by Tim Coon on Bass, and Don Mancuso on lead guitar.  JY at this point was handling most of the lead singing duties and also playing keyboards from time to time.  Tom Savastano joined in 2114 as their full time drummer and completed the lineup that is still performing today, celebrating 40 years of Revolver.Revolver performs music of the 1960’s and 1970’s featuring The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Led Zeppelin along with many other artists of that era.  They also perform songs by Collective Soul as well as some of their own music.
