Beat-Based Cycling + -

Looking for a musically-driven, fully choreographed ride that will make you forget you’re working out? Beat-based riding is a full-body workout comprised of cardio, hand weights, and core work set to the tempo of the music that’s transformative and addicting.

Rowing + -

Spoke’s Row is a triple threat workout. It delivers the ultimate sweat sesh with interval training on and off an indoor row machine to deliver high-intensity workouts, low-impact burn, and total body results! Each stroke on the row machine works your legs, core, and arms. By coupling rowing with sculpting exercises, Spoke Row hits every part of your body for head-to-toe toning all while having a good time. Working out should be fun!

Pilates Reformer + -

Pilates Reformer class is a unique experience on the first of its kind, custom built mobile Pilates Studio. Class is a variety of Reformer sequences with contemporary flare.

Mat Pilates + -

Pilates Reformer on the Mat: No Reformer? No Problem! Bring your mat, some straps and a ball and you’re ready to go.

Hikyoga + -

Come join a Hikyoga class! This class warms up with yoga, goes on a light hike and stops for yoga and meditation along the way! Class is for ages 5 (with parent or guardian) and up. Fitness level is all able to walk on various terrains.

Strength + Yoga + -

Combo of high intensity strength training, followed by revitalizing Yoga. Age: 13+ with parent/guardian.

Meta. Conditioning + -

Metabolic Conditioning: High energy camp that targets your whole body, engaging lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body.

Lower Body Strength + -

This slower pace camp focuses on building muscle in the lower body.

Athletic Conditioning + -

High intensity camp that uses a combination of your bodyweight and equipment. Modifications for anyone!

Upper Body Strength + -

Upper body strength Slower camp that targets pectoral complex ,shoulders, back, core, biceps and triceps. Modifications for anyone!

Cardio and Core + -

Fast camp that combines conditioning and core strength training. Modifications for anyone!

Family Yoga + -

Family Yoga Class designed for family fun and exercise. Ages: all with parent/guardian

Mixed Level Pilates + -

A system of physical conditioning exercises involving low-impact moves and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso. Get strong from the inside out! ” Challenges both beginners and advanced students by offering proper modifications to the wide arrangement of pilates movements.

Brickyard Crossfit + -

Brickyard CrossFit offers challenging programming to improve your strength, endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Be part of an encouraging, supportive community and achieve your fitness goals! Learn more here!

 

Zumba + -

Zumba – Dance your way through a good sweat! Infused with Latin, hip hop and international influences, you won’t even know that you are exercising. Feel the music and let it move you. Ven a bailar con nosotros!

M/BodyHIIT + -

High-energy combination of cardio and strength conditioning. Based on a proven model of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this training can be modified to all levels and promises high caloric and fat burn, efficient cardiovascular performance and just a great, addictive type of challenge!

M/BodyBarre + -

Pilates-based, ballet-inspired workout with emphasis on the physical and aesthetic benefits of lengthening muscles, while strengthening them.

DanceFusion + -

DanceFusion Class is set to a variety of music including pop, hip-hop, latin, and country for a full body workout.

BoxingFusion + -

BoxingFusion is all about creating an incredible M/Powering experience of authentic/fitness boxing.

M/BraceYoga + -

M/BraceYoga Incorporates strength and flexibility for an overall sense of well being.

Liangong Excercises + -

Introduction to Liangong stretching and breathing exercises covering several exercises.

William CC Chen Taiji + -

Introduction to William Chen’s 60 movement Taiji covering postures 1- 4.

Balance + Leg Strengthening + -

Balance and Leg Strengthening: Introduction to balance and leg strengthening training using various types of exercises.

Peter Ralston Taiji mini set + -

Peter Ralston Taiji mini set Introduction to Peter Ralston’s Cheng Hsin Taiji miniset covering postures 1 – 4.

William CC Chen Taiji Principles of Proper Posture and Body Mechanics : Building upon the previous Introduction to William Chen’s 60 movement Taiji, the focus will be Taiji principles  like proper posture and body mechanics.
